I’ve long been a fan of Nexus’ work, so it’s great to be able to announce they will be joining me for an upcoming FREE 3ds Max webinar on the 13th of this month. During the one hour webinar, London-based Technical Directors, Pete Addington and Ben Robins of Nexus Productions will be talking about a fantastic project that has won numerous awards.
Date: Friday 13th April
Time: 13:00-14:00 BST/14:00-15:00 CET
I don’t want to spoil what project they will be showing, but its certainly one that you wouldn’t normally associate 3ds Max being involved with. The project looks incredibly complicated, but both Pete and Ben will be sharing how they accomplished this acclaimed piece in a very short and challenging time frame. Using some simple techniques and workflows. They will also highlight their reliance on Adobe After Effects throughout the animation, and how this can be used in conjunction with 3ds Max to maximum effect.
Most importantly, both Pete and Ben will then be on hand for a chance for you to ask them some questions, on their workflows and tools.
